je suis enceinte, et je dois déjà faire attention à ce que je mange car je ne suis pas immunisé contre la toxoplasmose.
et je souhaiterais allaiter mon bébé à la naissance, faut il que je suive un régime particulier ?

je ne suis pas immunisée contre la toxo non plus et pendant mes grossesses , j'ai seulement fait attention de bien cuire mes viandes, de bien laver les fruits et légumes, de mettre des gants quand je jardinais et de ne pas m'occuper de la litière du chat ( gare aux excréménts des chats !!)
Quand j'allaitais, on me disais de ne pas consommer de nourriture trop épicée, trop forte en goût ( choux, etc...) et bien je n'en ai rien fait !!
Quand on allaite il faut seulement boire plus que d'habitude et manger des laitages ...et se reposer afin de fournir assez de lait pour bébé
Une maman sereine est la meilleure astuce pour un allaitement réussi !
N'hésite pas à le mettre au sein avec toi dans ton lit la nuit , ça te permettra de récupérer surtout aux poussées de croissance , ça t'évitera de passer tes nuits debout ( et EXIT les quand-dira t-on qui disent qu'un bébé toujours dans les bras de maman en fait un bébé capricieux , ça fait au contraire un bébé sécurisé et plus serein )
